According to the
Autumn 1995 issue of the A.T.C. newsletter {34kb},
the A.T.C. is having a membership drive and is willing to send interested
people a free copy of the Newsletter (looks nice on paper even if
you can see it all here!) together with information on the
A.T.C. and a membership application form.
