My PhD research (completed two years ago) examined the transition from
pregnancy to motherhood of a group of pregnanmt schoolgirls, using
personal construct theory. The girls were given 'personal construct
interviews' twice during their pregnancy, when their baby was 6 weeks old
and when it was 6 months old. (All my babies have started school now)
Apart from Jonathan Smith's research, which takes a personal construct
perspective of pregnancy and motherhood, does anyone know of anyone else's
similar work in this area - and particularly with very young mothers?

Thanks in anticipation
