PCP and Careers Guidance

I am a newcomer to the PCP list. I am involved in both giving careers
guidance and training careers advisers. I have been experimenting with
applying PCP in guidance and have been using self-characterisations and
repertory grids, mainly with senior school pupils and unemployed youngsters.
I have joined the list in order to learn more about both the theory and the
applications of construct psychology, particularly in relation to guidance.
I would be very interested to make contact with other people with similar
interests.
