Hi Dr. Mancuso,

I really enjoyed your post on "Reality." I was wondering what your take on
Karl Popper and Thomas Kuhn might be. On the one hand, Popper seems to take
more of a realist position than a constructivist one, but on the other hand,
as least as I understand his writings, his position of nonjustificationism
and Kuhn's emphasis on paradigms would seem to integrate well with a
constructivist position. What do you think?

In addition, does your position differ from the social constructionists in
regard to individual epistemology? As I construe Gergen's position, for
example, social constructionists seem to "deny" (I don't know if that's a
good word) individual epistemology . Personal construct theory, while it
emphasizes the importance of context, seems to allow for "personal"
epistemology. What is your take on Gergen? Am I stating the position as
you understand it?

Again, enjoyed reading the post. Thanks

JJ
