If you can, the idea is to leave from the old, numeric address, and
rejoin from the new address. If that's not possible you should
contact me or Hemant (Hemant are you out there?!) by posting to our
individual addresses (mine is C.Evans@sghms.ac.uk, Hemant's is not
worth using 'cos he doesn't reply to it) or by posting to
pcp-request@mailbase.ac.uk which will forward your message to us both
(so I will deal with it and Hemant, presumably, will delete it)

Please avoid posting requests like this to the list if you possibly
can... but I know we all forget...!

Best wishes all (except Hemant, as you have probably all gathered by
now)... now was it this list, or the group-psychotherapy list there
was all that about shame as a positive, motivating emotion? Ah,
perhaps that doesn't sound very PCP!)
