Reminder: Proposals for XIIth Congress

Hello, all. Just a last-minute reminder to anyone planning
to present at the XIIth PCP Congress in Seattle this summer:
the deadline for proposal submissions is approaching rapidly.
If you have not already done so, please submit your proposal
soon.

Below is a copy of the submission form; instructions follow
after that. You can submit via the congress website, via
electronic mail, surface mail, or fax. If at all possible,
please use one of the submission methods that includes an
electronic format (web form, e-mail, or surface mail with
disk), so that we can prepare the conference schedule as
quickly and efficiently as possible.

All submissions must be in English, postmarked by March 31, 1997.
An abstract of up to 50 words and a proposal of up to 2000 words
must be included. On the first day of the conference, please
bring a written copy of the paper so that it can be distributed.
This will help facilitate discussion, particularly for the non-
English speaking participants.

* We will do our best to honor the format and length requests;
however, we may need to assign an alternative format or length.

Remember to include the abstract (up to 50 words) and the
proposal (up to 2000 words).

3. You may also submit a hard copy and a disk (in text format) to:

indicated in the form included in this message! This includes
the names and (at least) institutional affiliations of all
authors/participants; complete postal, telephone, and
electronic mail contact information; presentation format,
length, and title; an abstract of up to 50 words; and the
proposal itself (which may be up to 2000 words long). It is
suggested (if possible) that you save this message as a file,
and use that as a basis for the information you send (fill in
the various items where indicated above).
