I have received many proposals for the congress. Because many of you were
worried that your electronic submissions might not have been received, I
have sent you a message via e-mail to confirm receipt. I will post a list of
all people who have submitted (via fax, surface mail, and electronically) at
a later date.
For those of you who still wish to submit proposals, I can still accept
proposals quite easily until April 15th. At that point I will have a tentative
schedule for the conference. If this is too short a deadline, please feel free
