Hi Karen,

You might want to look at the text recently edited by Neimeyer and Mahoney
entitled Constructive Psychotherapy. APA publishes it. Although the text
emphasizes constructive psychotherapy, there is some good dialogue in a
couple of chapters on the term "constructivism." Mahoney also discusses
some historical lineage in his Human Change Processes from Basic Books.
Hope this is a good start.
