i am an englishman living in norway, my present interests are trying to
record how drug-dependant people see themselves (including their bodies)
during the process of becoming independant using repertory grids and seeing
how this correlates with a repeated standardised physiotherapeutical
examination, all this in the setting of a therapeutic community.
sometimes i wonder why i am doing this, sometimes i am fascinated by the
idea
the usual reaction i get from others is one of polite puzzelment "oh, yes
how interesting" giving me the feeling i should be doing something more
useful.
but how we embody our existence is important, and so is our perception of
this
am i a creep or am i someone unique and special or any of a myriad of ways
of looking at things
well that it for today
