Papers should focus on one of the two themes of the conference;

Interested researchers should submit (1) a letter of interest outlining the research and identifying the conference theme to which their paper applies, (2) a conference program abstract (no more than 100 words), and (3) a copy of the research paper (or paper outline). Conference participants will be required to submit a draft copy of their research papers prior to the conference. The review of papers will begin July 15, 1995. Early submission is encouraged.
