BRITISH JOURNAL OF PSYCHOTHERAPY

THE BRITISH JOURNAL OF PSYCHOTHERAPY provides a forum for discussion and debate for the profession as a whole and is not aligned with any one psychotherapy or psychoanalytic organization. It is however sponsored by a majority of the analyti cally oriented psychotherapy organizations - The Lincoln Clinic and Institute for Psychotherapy, The London Centre for Psychotherapy, The Guild of Psychotherapists, The Arbours Association, The Centre for Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy, The Institute for Psychotherapy and Counselling (WPF), The Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy, The Severuside Institute for Psychotherapy, and the Centre for Attachment-based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

THE JOURNAL will take articles on clinical and theoretical topics relevant to the psychotherapist practising privately or in institutions. The emphasis will be on clinically oriented papers which concern the practice of analytical psychotherapy, or that have theoretical implications; or which concern the application of psychothera peutic practice and theory to institutions, society and other settings.
