"If we aren't both skilled and courageous enough to take risks in our own lives with the people who matter most to us, how can we ask our group members to do the same?" Dr. Kottler's videotaped workshop presentation was inspired by a chapter in his book, Advanced Group Counseling. Kottler tells us how to enhance risk taking and demonstrates relevant group activities. Audience participants in this workshop chose not to be videotaped, to encourage greater risk taking. This video therefore describes the process rather than the content of the experiential workshop.
