These are ‘photos from my first rest day of the ride at my beloved Chartres. It’s famous for the cathedral but there is also two monastic (?) churches which are worth a visit but go almost unvisited. This gallery has them in sequence but maybe I should split them and explain a bit more about what’s what. I currently playing with putting ‘photos up in gallery and in “slider” format.
