you mention a series of papers edited by J. Rychlak. Could you give
a complete reference? I wasn't able to find it in the library.
I would also appreciate a reference to the corresponding regression
technique.
Your suggestions to study causal relations among constructs seem to
have two (overlapping) components: a semantic and an empirical. The
latter seems to imply a kind of structural equation modeling. Since
I'm sceptical that grid data (even with 50 elements) are suitable to
this kind of analysis, I would appreciate a (real) example.
