The Clearinghouse is being ably coordinated by April Metzler. NAPCN has
decided to include a copy of it as part of its Membership Package
(posting on this to follow shortly). However, the Clearinghouse and NAPCN
are two separate entities with the Clearinghouse being managed by April, not
NAPCN. I hope this helps---
