Interesting question. I'll have to give this some thought.
But, in the interest of furthering the conversation, so that I can learn
too, I'll say that I do agree, generally, with your the proposation
that:

Please note that (a) I am not sure what you mean by 'construct,' and (b)
I am referring to 'demonstrated incapacity,' not merely 'unwillingness'
or 'physical inability,' to coordinate action, as 'craziness.'

Please, give me your comments and insights. You evidently are a much
closer observer of this matter than I may be.
