This is an interesting idea - establishing an IRC chat venue for PCP. But
it appears to me that to be effective it would require a great deal of
preparation and planning. Perhaps it could be organized like an online
reading and discussion group, with sessions scheduled ahead of time, and
topics and suggested relevant readings distributed ahead of time.
