I am involved in a series of studies of practitioners' continuing
professional development and am interested in exploring professional
constructs using CRITICAL INCIDENTS as elements in a grid or as the
stiumulus for narratives from which constructs might be distilled. This is
a request for suggestions from anyone who may have experience of eliciting
constructs from critical incidents. I am particularly interested in
Teachers' professional constructs but would be pleased to hear of any
examples of such an approach with other professions.

All comments and suggestions welcome.
