My only comment regarding the elements is that some people will have trouble
distinguishing between a number, e.g violently and aggressively, morally and
responsibly and hence may find the process difficult or will think of the
same people for several elements.
Also it would seem necessary to define to participants what is meant by a
conflict situation.
