I don't know of any such measure. But, you might look at Leslie Baxter's
chapter entitled "Dyadic personal relationships: Measurement options" in
Tardy, C. (1988). A handbook for the study of human communication. Ablex.

There are some related chapters in that handbook that might also be useful.
