For those registering by March 1, the conference fee will be $325 (US dollars) for members of the IAFP, and $350 for non-members. Later registration will increase the fee by $25. The fee will cover attendance at a film relevant to the theme of the conference, followed by a panel discussion, on the Thursday night (April 27) preceding the formal sessions. A discounted rate of $199 per night has been obtained for hotel accommodations reserved by March 1, 2000, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cambridge, where the meetings will be held. Less expensive bed-and-breakfast accommodations will also be obtainable. Discounted airfares are still being negotiated; it is expected that they will be in the range of $300 for round-trip airfare between London and Boston on American Airlines.
