I think so. I probably should have put hypochondria in as separate
option. Do you think it's the first time you've seen it? If so, can
you add it as new code?

yes, I'd code all three

add it as a code if you can (it's not going to come up often but it's
probably wrong to try to force it in elsewhere, let's discuss it
further if no room for new codes)

I'd go for that but add specific relationship problem as well (sorry,
forgotten the number for that).
I'm replying to this to the list as these are exactly the sort of
decisions I'd like to archive there (and it gives MB a chance to
check them if he wants). I suggest we use the subject line to tell
people what it's about, i.e. "coding" = probably on only of
importance to CE/JC, "stats" = probably only of importance to
Nawal/CE...
