Michael now desperately needs your comments, suggestions etc on the
draft 'rationale' paper he sent you a while ago (further copy attached
- if the 5.1 version does not work, let me know immediately). This
report needs to be in its final stages mid March in time for SPR
Ravenscarr. It is suggested that we meet again on the Sunday, same as
last year. Could you let me know whether or not this is OK
