I think it should be:
http://Tiger.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/WebGrid/
i.e. cpsc rather than cpac. The latter comes back as not known in
the DNS from here at least. I can vouch for WebGrid being a superb
facility though to use it from here I need to find a time when the
Net is fairly quiet.
