It seems that Mike Mascolo has moved (perhaps) some way
from the notion as I would understand it of 'role
playing'. Isn't the word 'playing' rather central
to all this? What Mike describes sounds far
removed from 'play', unless others or he himself
at times might question how 'authentic' he is
in being father or whatever.
