Fine, thanks to both. I've moved 17 files out of the FTP area (so
don't panic if you can't see them next time you try to FTP things
there!)

I've got one more, a clinician, and English is her third language.

Now she tells us! I'm not optimistic as I feel I've asked most of my
key people. Not many of the clinicians I know have two free hours at
a matter of hours notice. I'll try if the need arises.
