Great news. Congratulations both/all.

And at the Irish Psychological Association meeting in the late
autumn. We talked about both Michael and I going but decided it
was overkill. Something appealing about being asked to talk at a
psychol. meeting. Michael's going to put something about CORE
into a meeting in Amsterdam but CORE's not the focus there.
Looks like we should try to identify the meetings we should be
trying to target and work out who's best for which and what to
submit/wangle in/....

I'm contacting Paul Lelliot on the excuse that I feel I've got myself
onto the psychotherapy faculty executive within the Royal Coll. on
an eclectic research ticket. According to a recent survey within
the Coll. (a pretty rubbishy piece of research if ever there was one,
but don't quote me on that!), the psychotherapists are the least
enthusiastic of all the College Faculties etc. about the work of the
College Research Unit (i.e. Paul L.'s unit) so it seems politic to
make overtures. The link up is that Paul L. is one of the shrinks on
the Service Framework reference groups. I'll push CORE, probably
with some soft-talking about our willingness to link with, and to
complement, rather than replace, HoNOS.

Yes, aiming for a submission at end of September. What's
happened to the survey paper going to Health Trends?

Agreed. Doing my best!
