In full the Glasgow Anxiety Scale for people with an intellectual disability (Mindham, J., & Espie, C. A. (2003). Glasgow Anxiety Scale for people with an Intellectual Disability (GAS-ID): Development and psychometric properties of a new measure for use with people with mild intellectual disability. Journal of Intellectual Disability Research, 47(1), 22–30. https://doi.org/10.1046/j.1365-2788.2003.00457.x) is a 27 item self-report measure of anxiety for individuals with a learning/intellectual disabilities/difficulties. It appears at the end of that paper and that appears to be downloadable from https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1046/j.1365-2788.2003.00457.x so it is probably legally copyright to Blackwell publishers. Unlike it’s sibling, the Glasgow Depression Scale, it does not appear to have a carer rating complement.
