OQ (Outcome Questionnaire) system

The OQ, CORE and compass systems all developed independently with similar aims with the OQ and compass in the USA and CORE in the UK. The foundation questionnaire in the OQ system was the OQ-45 designed for adults in therapies. There is also the Y-OQ for younger people. The OQ measures are copyright and there are reproduction fees though these are sometimes waived for research projects. The development of the OQ system has always been based in the North American Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) system and, having been through various organisational locations it is now seemingly stable at https://www.oqmeasures.com/. which gives a lot of information about the measures and the quality assurance systems of embedded change management.
