CORE instruments

Term I use to cover the self-report questionnaires of the CORE system (“CORE measures“) together with the CORE-A. The CORE-A is a two part practitioner completed record form consisting of the Therapy Assessment Form (CORE-A TAF) and End of Therapy (CORE-A EoT) form. The CORE-A has some practitioner ratings of the client’s state but is not a measure, it’s a suggested framework of contextualising information about the client and the therapy/intervention hence “instruments” for the CORE-A and the family of measures.
